MOOSE HUNTING
All three of our outposts offer opportunity for moose. Hunters staying at Hanover can travel the gravel forest roads to access vast expanses of forest. Groups working out of the fly in outposts typically strike out each morning in a boat to access various areas to call moose and for spot & stalk.

U.S. hunters entering Canada with firearms MUST present customs agents with a "Firearms Declaration Form" for each firearm they are in possession of.
Dusey River Adventures is issued a small number of moose tags for WMU-17 on a yearly basis. Call Dick to check availability for our outfitter tags. We also offer accommodations for Ontario resident hunters with their own tags in both WMU-17 and 18A. Please note that all hunts are self-guided unless previous arrangements are made.

6 hunters $1600 per person
5 hunters $1800 per person
4 hunters $2000 per person
Prices include all taxes, airfare, all cabin amenities, satellite SPOT-X communication use for the week, and flying out one adult moose per group. Groups choosing to harvest an additional moose will be charged a flight which was $2000 in 2021. All persons flying to outpost camps must be vaccinated for Covid 19.
Moose Hunting prices WMU-18A
Hanover Lake (drive-to) cabin rental for up to 4 hunters is $1400 per week and $50 per day for each additional hunter. For additional days it is $200 per day for 4 hunters and $50 per day for each additional hunter. All taxes and fees included. You must have your own moose license.

Dusey River Adventures does not operate as a bear hunting outfitter, however resident hunters who possess a bear tag are welcome to use our outposts for your own self guided hunts. This is a great way to access territory that has minimal to no bear hunting pressure!
